Worship Preview

April June 2026

Continuing on with the worship series prior to Lent, our April worship services will focus on the Sermon of the Mount. For four Sundays in May & June, we will hear about unity in conflict. Various Biblical texts will be used to show how important it is to address conflicts and then find a healthy way to deal with them. June will include our annual Fanshawe service followed by a potluck picnic and afternoon activities, and a Sunday to honour our indigenous neighbours and friends.

Pow Wows 101
Tuesday, May 13 at 12:00 p.m. (Online and in person at 50 Kent Ave., Kitchener)
Wednesday, May 14 at 7:00 p.m. (Online)

MCC has two opportunities on the horizon to help you learn about the Indigenous celebration of pow wows. While everyone is welcome to celebrate and enjoy these powerful experiences, often non-Indigenous people feel shy or hesitant about attending for the first time. MCC's Indigenous Neighbours team is holding two training sessions to help make this a little easier. Learn the basics of what to expect and how to participate, and then plan to attend with the team this summer. Attend May 12 in person in Kitchener or online, or May 13 online. Learn more
