Help Valleyview s
college and university undergraduate students feel God s love and remind them
their church family is thinking about them as they prepare for their end of
term exams.
This Sunday, please consider picking one or more student shoeboxes
located on the library counter, filling it, and
arranging delivery in the first two weeks of April.
Ideas to fill the boxes and remind them of home & Easter:

mix, cookies, etc.)
-Gift cards (coffee,
convenience food, retail, etc.)

our Valleyview volunteers! We have several open positions for the coming church
volunteer year (June 2026 to May 2027), and we'd appreciate your consideration
for these important roles. Please refer to the accompanying Role Descriptions document for more details on each
position. Don't hesitate to contact Ben R or Daniel H on Church Council if
you'd like more information or are ready to volunteer.

- A key position: requires someone with the willingness to learn the
ins and outs of the kitchen and the flexibility to provide support for
mid-week events such as funerals.

This is notice of the Annual General Meeting of
the Members to be held on Saturday, April 11th, 2026, at 10:00 am. This meeting
will encompass topics from both the Board and Church Council. The purpose of
this meeting will be to approve the 2025 financial statements through the
Review Engagement Process, approve the election of
Directors and of a slate of volunteers, affirm or adjust the 2026 Budget (if
required), and any other
business.
Non-members are welcome to attend and participate
in all discussions; however, non-members are not eligible to vote.
