Meeting Notice

Saturday, April 11th, 2026, at 10:00 am

This is notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Members to be held on Saturday, April 11th, 2026, at 10:00 am. This meeting will encompass topics from both the Board and Church Council. The purpose of this meeting will be to approve the 2025 financial statements through the Review Engagement Process, approve the election of Directors and of a slate of volunteers, affirm or adjust the 2026 Budget (if required), and any other business.

Non-members are welcome to attend and participate in all discussions; however, non-members are not eligible to vote.
