Annual Business Meeting of the Congregation - May 5, 2024

NOTICE OF ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING OF THE CONGREGATION

Sunday, May 5, 2024 - 11:00am

Valleyview Mennonite Church (an Ontario Corporation), London, Ontario will hold its annual business meeting of the congregation at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday May 5, 2024, in the sanctuary at the church. The meeting will occur during the Second Hour after the end of Sunday Worship. All members are asked to attend. Non-members are welcome to attend and participate in discussions; however, non-members are not eligible to vote.

The purpose of the meeting is to approve the Slate of Nominees for June 2024 to May 2025 as well as deal with other church business to help set the course for Valleyview’s ministry in 2024-25.

Those unable to attend in person may wish to view the Live Stream at valleyviewmc.ca/watch. Votes will be counted exclusively from members attending in person. Members watching via Live Stream who want to vote on congregation business are required to submit a signed Proxy voting form no later than Friday, May 3rd, 2024, to the Church Office.
